How Frontal Hairpieces Work
To achieve flawless results, we require clients to visit our London studios three times. During your initial fitting, we’ll take time to get to know you and your hair loss, explaining how the process works. Should you wish to proceed, we’ll create a template of your head shape and hair loss pattern as well as showing you relevant samples of gorgeous natural European hair.
At your second fitting, we will confirm the shape of your new frontal toupee, making any adjustments to the hairline if necessary. We will show you the hair match that we have skilfully sourced for your approval.
Once your Frontal Hairpiece has been hand-knotted and all finishing touches are complete, you’ll be invited back for your final fitting. Your fringe hairpiece will be cut and dressed on your head by our professional stylists, blending into the rest of your hair and creating the illusion of a naturally full, undetectable hairline, true beauty.
We will teach you how to easily style and care for your new Frontal Hairpiece at home using our range of accessories, providing you with filmed tutorials to view at your leisure.

Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA) is a hair loss condition affecting the front hairline and eyebrows, more commonly seen in post-menopausal women. It is a type of scarring alopecia which destroys the hair follicles, making hair unable to regrow. FFA becomes most apparent in the front hair line, often receding further as time goes on.
There are currently no medical treatments for Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. It’s a hair loss condition that is yet to be fully understood by medical professionals and as it is a type of scarring alopecia, the effects are permanent. We designed our Frontal Hairpieces as a solution to Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia by replacing the hair that has been lost.
