Allow us to reassure you that we are committed to providing superior heads of hair in spite of our new COVID-friendly restrictions.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST VISIT UNDER THE NEW REGULATIONS?

Upon arrival to our private studios, we kindly request that you wear a mask or face covering – don’t worry if you forget to bring one as we can provide these for you! There are multiple hand sanitiser stations on the premises and please rest assured that our staff will be wearing all of the appropriate PPE, including visors and face masks. Due to the personal and caring nature of the service we provide, you will benefit from being the only client in the building, therefore you will have minimal contact with others. However, we do still encourage you to bring a companion to your consultation, as we understand that this support can be invaluable throughout the process.

DO YOU OFFER OTHER ALTERNATIVES IF VISITING YOUR OFFICE IS UNACHIEVABLE?

Yes, if you are unable to visit our studios, we are still pleased to provide extensive advice and support. We now offer virtual consultations on the internet, whereby our experienced consultants will guide you through the process of getting your first handmade Mandeville wig. They will also thoroughly assess your needs and suggest whether one of our Ready Made or Made to Measure wigs will give you the very best results. Despite introducing our new safety measures we understand if you still feel unable to attend our studio, which is why we also offer home visits to those who may feel uncomfortable leaving their home. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for advice about arranging a home visit.

HOW LONG WILL A WIG TAKE TO MAKE WITH THE CURRENT RESTRICTIONS?

Unlike many other wig makers, both our Ready Made and Made to Measure wigs are manufactured and sold exclusively by us. This means that the in-house production of our handmade wigs remains completely unaffected by the current pandemic, as we continue to operate successfully under our new COVID-friendly guidelines. Depending on which of our collections will work best for you, a Ready Made wig can be fitted within a week of your initial consultation. Our Made to Measure wigs are completely bespoke and can take approximately 4 to 5 months from start to finish, though they can be fast-tracked at a premium.

Yes. In fact, we are proud to say that the models featured on our website are all real clients! Understandably, most of our clients rely on our discretion to allow their hair loss to remain undetected – something which you can count on with Mandeville.
